The course AGRI302073 is a preparation for a joint, student-organized excursion to BioFach from February 10-13, 2026, in Nuremberg (www.biofach.de). BioFach is a unique opportunity to explore the world of organic production in the context of a trade fair. Producers, producer groups, processors, retailers, certification bodies, consulting and education organizations, and others will be present. Due to the incredible number of exhibitors and wealth of information, the visit must be carefully prepared. Individual areas of interest (countries, continents, product groups, etc.) can be considered.
The first and second sessions are mandatory.
All subsequent sessions are for planning and background research. These sessions can be scheduled by the group of participants themselves.
