Presentation and reinforcement of different fruit production issues supported by practical examples of several fruit species (e.g. creation of new orchards, special forms of education and care, finishing methods, presentation of antifreeze facilities, variety descriptions and tastings, etc.).
In groups, practical work in the garden (morphological features of various fruit trees, tree assessment, fruit description) and in the laboratory (determine the optimal harvest time, collection of quality parameters for apples).
