Previous knowledge expected

Students at a university, college or university of applied sciences who are studying in at least the 4th semester and have application knowledge, e.g. AutoCAD, Vectorworks, etc.
Field of study: Landscape planning + landscape architecture, architecture, civil engineering, etc.

Positive completion of Building smart certification course

Objective (expected results of study and acquired competences)

Students receive an in-depth theoretical and practical understanding of the possibilities of Building Information Modeling and its significance for architectural design.

Knowing and learning the application possibilities of BIM in open space design in real planning projects along the entire process chain, from the initial idea to strategy and planning, construction, operation and subsequent use. Be able to develop real open space design scenarios with the help of BIM.
