Students will be able to analyse the economic and social dimensions of forest enterprises in terms of their situation and dynamics and identify the resulting need for action with regard to a multi-criteria target
system. They will be able to assess operational options for action and plan projects for corporate development.

After completing the module, students will be able to deepen their acquired knowledge and skills in an operational practice and thus fulfil the admission requirements for the state examination for the forest
service according to the Forstliche Ausbildungsverordnung.

Willingness to assume responsibility for the independent management of smaller compulsory operations, for middle management in larger forestry enterprises or for equivalent management functions in other forestry or forest-related organisations.
