Spatial planning has considerable influence on energy demand, energy efficiency and potentials for renewable energy supplies.
In the course the spatial planning and energy supply link is elaborated and possibilities of spatial planning interventions are discussed.
Furthermore, certain planning methods are introduced.
Teaching language is German.

Students can recognize systemic relations between spatial planning and energy supplies and can consider them in planning processes. Furthermore, certain methods can be applied to elaborate on the spatial planning-energy link.
