Content

The course teaches planning skills in the field of energy landscape planning with a special focus on balancing different interests and the application of assessment methods. Students gain an insight into areas of conflict arising from ecological, economic, social and technological requirements. A central component is the work with the "Landscape Innovation Lab", which enables collaborative scenario development and interactive visualisation.

Objective (expected results of study and acquired competences)

- Ability to identify complex conflicts of interest in energy landscape planning
- Familiarisation with different assessment methods and data for decision-making in energy landscape planning
- Develop and visualise collaborative scenarios with del Landscape Innovation Lab (LILA).
- Understand the interactions between energy planning, landscape planning and societal needs.
