Introduction to linear algebra and differential equations.
Modelling of biological phenomena as population growth, infection process and ecological models.
Introduction to graph theory and its applications.

Differential calculus and basic notions on integral calculus

Objective (expected results of study and acquired competences)

Students can describe and analyse fundamental mathematical and biological processes and implement them in software. They can model, analyse and interpret network-related problems using discrete mathematical structures.
