Consolidation of the contents on “Organic Agriculture”, development of new developements on organic farming, processing of current issues in cooperation with practitioners (farms, associations, supervisory authorities, etc.).

Seminar topics (examples from WS2024/25):

Dairy cattle farming in permanent grassland: differences between organic and conventional farms

Critical reflection on the sustainability of organic livestock farming

Suitability of phosphorus fertilizers approved for organic farming with low phosphorus availability

Possibilities for promoting biodiversity in organic forage production

Opportunities of Vision 2028+ for organic farming

Effects of the new CAP on organic farms in Austria
