Wesentlichkeitsanalyse 2026
General information
In the first half of 2026, BOKU University will conduct a materiality analysis in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). The materiality analysis serves to determine which issues should be prioritised in sustainability management and where measures should be taken to ensure that BOKU becomes more authentically sustainable. To this end, potential impacts, risks and opportunities (IROs) for BOKU will be identified, assessed and prioritised in line with the sustainability themes of the BOKU Whole Institution Approach. To ensure a holistic perspective, various internal and external stakeholders will be involved in different formats throughout the entire process.
