Hormoz Sohrabi, Associate Professor and Vice-chancellor for Educationa Affaris at Tarbiat Modares University, Iran stays for three weeks at the Institute of Geomatics. Hormoz published more than 100 papers with focus on remote sensing for forestry and forest inventory. He is mainly working with UAV and satellite data. In addition to presenting his research work as part of the Geomatics seminar, he also holds a course on drones for forestry issues.
