Dashboards for Monitoring Climate Transition

Our newly launched website, https://dashboards.boku.ac.at, presents daily and monthly data and analyses on energy production and prices, emissions, and trends in electric mobility.

The various dashboards were developed partly by students in the bachelor’s course “Scientific Programming Project” and partly by staff members of the Institute for Sustainable Economic Development. They impressively demonstrate that, through the skilled use of large language models and close guidance from faculty, students can generate high-quality results in a short amount of time—even if they are beginners in programming.
