All employees at the Center for Global Change help to build and maintain a pleasant, harmonious and beneficial team culture. It has become our self-image to treat one another respectfully, amicably and honestly.
We value and respect the resources, energies, talents and abilities of each individual employee and try to use them optimally in the sense of the common goals. We work in flat hierarchies and meet each other on an equal footing. Big and small successes of each individual find conscious recognition in the team.
This attitude of togetherness forms the basis for our commitment and our enjoyment of work!
We also try to live our attitude within the framework of the activities with other BOKU actors or external partners and to remain true to our value base within the various projects. We believe that projects can only really thrive if there is a balanced mix of professional and social skills.
