About us
Our mission statement
The Center for Global Change and Sustainability supports the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences in Vienna in meeting its social responsibility. It is the engine and source of inspiration for topics of global change and sustainable development. The center is a place for interdisciplinary, scientific discussion and offers learning spaces for complex relationships and innovative ideas. In this way, the center helps to convey sustainable concepts to society.
Our mission
Our mission is to promote sustainability at the BOKU and beyond!
We promote exchange and cooperation in the interests of sustainability, provide innovative impulses and coordinate cross-university sustainability projects. We also create awareness for future-relevant problems and are a competent point of contact for questions about global change and sustainable development. With what we do, we support the BOKU in fulfilling its pioneering role in society for sustainable development and make an active contribution to a just future that is worth living in.
