REMINDER: ÖGMBT Annual Meeting “Biomolecules in/for the 21st Century”
The program consists of three kick off days - 21-230920 - and 12 Life Science Tuesdays (from October 2020 – March 2021). In total we are presenting 13 Events - an article in Chemiereport 04/2020 describes the intentions behind the meeting.

Life Science Tuesday #9

The whole afternoon will be filled with talks and discussions on the engaging topic of “Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine”.
The chairs Cornelia Kasper (University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna, AT) and Beate Rinner (Medical University of Graz, AT) will guide you throughout the sessions.
The plenary lecture with the title „Microvascular Tissue Engineering and Endothelial Extracellular Vesicles” will be held by Wolfgang Holnthoner (Ludwig Boltzmann Institute for Experimental and Clinical Traumatology, Vienna, AT). The lecture will be followed by 3 short talks and 6 science flashes. The new “ÖGMBT Working Group cell based assays, therapies and products” will be introduced.
Finally, we are hosting two special presentations by the renown surgeon and pioneer in the field of tissue engineering, Peter Johnson (Cell X Technologies, North Carolina, United States). One on “Cell XTM - Automated Imaging, Analysis and Performance-based Selection Tool for Identification of Quality iPS Clones and their High Throughput Expansion“ and as second “A Demonstration of Optimizing your research/career agenda for the young scientists working / interested in the field/market in Regenerative Medicine /TE/Cell based therapies”
