On Thursday 22 October at the EU Pavilion at the Milan EXPO the Forum will be opened by Franz Fishler followed by Tom Arnold, David Baldock and Pavel Kabat who will address three challenges of the 21 Century important for our universities – nutritional security, sustainable natural resource management and climate change.

In turn three Professors from our ICA members' universities will challenge the delegates as to whether our current curricula are fit for purpose to provide our graduates with the knowledge, skills and competences to be the future leaders to address these challenges.

On Friday 23 October at the University in Piacenza we will continue the discussion of addressing these challenges through our curricula, in particular developing holistic thinking among graduates for the Bioeconomy.

The Forum will be held in Milan in association with the EXPO 2015 and at the Faculty of Agricultural, Food and Environmental Sciences, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Piacenza.  There will also be an opportunity to visit the EXPO during the Thursday evening.
