Supporting research investigation to combat the COVID-19 pandemic in 5 thematic areas

Peruvian National Council for Science, Technology and Innovation (CONCYTEC) has organized a Call for “Special projects: Response to COVID-19” in March 2020. All selected projects have been provided with USD 1,5 million that will be oriented to support research investigation to combat the COVID-19 pandemic in 5 thematic areas:

  1. Tele-health
  2. Mobile health
  3. Digital epidemiological surveillance systems
  4. Technological developments and innovation
  5. Epidemiological and social studies

Especially projects 1, 2, 8 and 9 which have been initiated by BOKU partner universities (Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia and Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina) could be interesting for BOKU members (see CONCYTEC project list).
