Globally and Locally-sustainable Food-Water-Energy Innovation in Urban Living Labs (GLOCULL)
Sustainable urban development initiatives focusing on local, circular and renewable production of food, energy, and water (FWE) can be found virtually anywhere nowadays. However, attention for the impacts of these local solutions at the global level has lagged behind. The GLOCULL project aims to develop a co-creative Urban Living Lab approach for innovations in the FWE nexus that are both locally and globally sustainable.

Die Erhöhung des Anteils erneuerbarer Energie im österreichischen Energiemix ist ein wichtiger Eckpfeiler des österreichischen Aktionsplans für erneuerbare Energien.
Der daraus resultierende zusätzliche Bedarf an erneuerbarer Energie sowie die Notwendigkeit das gesamte Energiesystem umzugestalten sind komplexe Herausforderung am Weg zur Energiewende. Das transdisziplinäre Forschungsprojekt ReTour verfolgt das Ziel, technische als auch soziale Aspekte möglicher Entwicklungsszenarien betreffend den Ausbau erneuerbarer Energie zu untersuchen.
