Club Inclusion – Studying with a disability

[Translate to English:] Studierende, die im Park gemeinsam Lernen

In addition to the proven format of the Club Bachelor, the summer semester of 2026 will see the launch of an expanded program focusing on barrier-free studying.

The “Club Inclusion” offers students with disabilities, chronic illnesses, neurodivergence, and anyone else who is interested the opportunity to exchange ideas within and across study programs, learn from each other, and share experiences related to barrier-free studying.

The focus here is on mutual support, empowerment, and joint dialogue about inclusive study conditions.

This exchange is particularly valuable for students—because:
“Inclusive studying means succeeding together!”

Key questions

  • How do I organize my studies with a disability or chronic illness?
  • What options are available to compensate for disadvantages—and how do I apply for them?
  • How can I adapt my learning to my individual needs?
  • How can study groups be made inclusive and supportive?
  • What counseling and support services does the university offer?
  • How can we work together to break down barriers and actively shape inclusion?

These and other questions will be addressed during the individual sessions.
There will be short input phases on relevant topics (e.g., legal basics, support services, self-organization), followed by moderated discussions among participants and with experienced students.

The club sees itself as a safe space for open discussions, exchange of experiences, and networking.

The date for the 2026 summer semester will be May 20. More detailed information will follow.
