To apply for a scholarship in the framework of Erasmus+ International Mobility, please follow these steps:

If you will be nominated for a scholarship, you must submit the required documents and references and sign an agreement (Grant Award Agreement). For establishing contact with the partner university inquire with your BOKU coordinator. A Learning Agreement (for study or for traineeship, depending on your needs) must also be filled out and signed before departure.

Visa application: As soon as you have received your confirmation of enrollment and invitation letter of the partner university via email/postal services, you must apply for a visa or residence permit. Please, get in contact with the coordination at the host university and consult with the embassy/consulate of the host country. Infos can also by found at the Austrian Federal Ministry for Europe, Integration and Foreign Affairs. Since this process can take up to 4 months, kindly keep your coordinators updated on the status of your application.
