Sign in to Microsoft 365 applications

  • Sign in to Microsoft 365 applications using your BOKU standard email address and your BOKU password.
  • You can be logged in on 5 PCs or laptops and 5 mobile devices at the same time (both BOKU devices and personal devices are allowed).

Log in again with your BOKU standard e-mail address.

M365 for employees / devices owned by BOKU

Employees automatically receive an A1 license and can therefore only use various M365 products online in their web browser.

If you as an employee also require installed MS Office applications, please contact the IT contact persons (EDV-Verantwortliche, ITSG staff) of your own organizational unit as with all software installation requests.

M365 for employees / private devices (home office)

If applicable, you must uninstall “Microsoft Office Professional Plus” first and then reinstall “Microsoft 365”.

Please log in to BOKUonline.

The e-mail address showing up on your business card is your standard e-mail address.

I'm still using an ...@office365.boku.ac.at email address. Is that okay?

No, if you are still using an ...@office365.boku.ac.at address, you need to take action.

What does the error message mean: "The products found in your account cannot be used to activate Word"?

Please contact your IT person (IT responsible person, ITSG employees) with a request to activate an M365 A3 licence for you.
