M365 for employees / devices owned by BOKU

Employees automatically receive an A1 license and can therefore only use various M365 products online in their web browser.

If you as an employee also require installed MS Office applications, please contact the IT contact persons (EDV-Verantwortliche, ITSG staff) of your own organizational unit as with all software installation requests.

Attention: Until the company agreement on M365 is signed, productive use of M365 on BOKU devices is not compliant for employees.
Please continue to use the Microsoft Office Professional Plus product line on BOKU devices until the company agreement comes into effect.
