Campusvertrag versus Rahmenvertrag
Campus contracts are license agreements between the software manufacturer and BOKU that cover all license costs. When using software products that are included in a campus contract, the institutes do not incur any reimbursement costs.
“Rahmenverträge” are license agreements between the software manufacturer and BOKU, where licenses can be purchased at a certain price (which is more attractive than the conventional retail price). These products are currently financed by BOKU-IT, but are only available to a limited extent.
Alternatively, the various costs incurred for the individual licenses must be reimbursed to BOKU-IT by the institutes.
Clients for BOKU specific IT-Services
Clients for BOKU-specific IT services can be downloaded and installed by all employees, even on private devices in the home office, for example:

(Attention to possible incompatibility with Outlook) - OES Client for OES network drives: http://short.boku.ac.at/it-oes-client
(Attention: not compatible with Windows Home Editions)
