  • The BiMM collection: a library of about 570 filamentous fungi and 700 bacteria
  • The Prillinger Collection: 10.000 fungal isolates
  • The Willinger/Schüller Collection: 1600 human associated Candida from 27 species
  • The Saccharomyces cerevisiae KO-collection

 

Strain identification: We do routinely ITS and 16S based typing.
