Instructions for buddies at the stations

Dear Buddies!

This tour is designed to help new students get to know the campus. They will visit four stations and answer a questionnaire in small groups at each one.
As buddies, you are the most important point of contact for helping students with any questions they can't answer themselves; you will also hand out the questionnaires to the students.

How will it work?

- Two of you will stand at each of the four stations. We will take the first groups there right away. You should then send them off – keeping some distance between them.

The groups you take with you will receive: 
-1x per group a consent form for the photos
-1x per group a questionnaire

The groups that come to you during the morning will receive:
-1x per group a questionnaire

- They will then set out to find the answers to the questionnaire

- To find the solution word, the groups should scan the QR code and search for the location shown on the website

- There is also a “special” at the Exner Haus station: the students must copy an evaluation form and fill it out (actually only at the end). Please also collect these evaluation forms and make sure that there is always a copy template in the copy room.

- Once all stations have been completed, or by 2:00 pm at the latest, we will all meet in lecture hall EH05 in the Exner Haus for evaluation and the award ceremony. Please come there and bring any groups that are still on their way. Please note that it is important for everyone to be in the lecture hall—so it is better to be back on time than to complete all the stations exactly!

These are all four stations with their respective letters:

A) Gregor Mendel Haus (buddy station downstairs by the vending machines) 
-> when finished, send to station B
B) TÜWI building (buddy station in the entrance area)
-> when finished, send to station C
C) Exner Haus (entrance area)
-> When finished, send to station D.
D) Ilse Wallentin Haus (Buddy station on the first floor in front of the library)
-> When finished, send to station A.

So that the incoming students can find you, it is important to have the group map visible with you! You will receive all documents at our info meeting before the discovery tour.
