Content

After a general introduction into the importance of direct marketing, the elements of the marketing mix (Product, price, distribution and communication) will be broken down in terms of direct marketing. We will look into the quality mark guidelines for agricultural direct marketing in Austria, as well as the importance of the marketing concept.

Objective (expected results of study and acquired competences)

The students will learn about the importance of direct marketing in Austria, and get to know how planning processes function in the field of direct marketing. A basic knowledge of marketing is to be applied in the field of direct marketing.
