According to Federal Law (Bildungsdokumentationsgesetz § 18 and UHSBV §§ 26/28), all students of Austrian Universities are obliged to supply statistical data on the occasion of completion of a Continuing Education Master Program.

The data have to be entered by the students themselves, directly via the following web page of Statistik Austria:

Data entry requires an Austrian Insurance Number (Sozialversicherungsnummer).

→ The social security number serves as a personal identifier of the educational documentation. If you do not have an Austrian social security number, you will instead be given a so-called substitute code Ersatzkennzeichen in the evidence of your educational institution. If you do not know your substitute code yet, please ask the BOKU Studienservices (study services).
