Kickoff event for the cluster “Digitalisation in Agriculture”
On 3 March 2020, the kickoff event for the cluster “Digitalisation in Agriculture” was held at the HBLFA Francisco Josephinum in Wieselburg, Lower Austria.
The three-year project explores the framework and opportunities of digitalisation in agriculture in a primarily application-oriented manner. It is funded by the Austrian Programme for Rural Development 2014-2020.
The Institute of Law is mainly involved in the subproject "Legal Framework for Digitalisation", covering questions of data protection law, data ownership and data sovereignty.
Claudia Fuchs is the project leader at the Institute of Law.
Ferdinand Hönigsberger is a research associate.
