Webinar to promote its new call for tender on “Supporting the EU Member States with surveys of Union quarantine pests, Protected zone pests, and pests for which emergency measures are in place” (Ref. EFSA/2025/OP/0026).  
Objectives: The webinar aims to provide potential applicants and stakeholders with a clear understanding of the call’s objectives, structure, and submission process. Participants will have the opportunity to learn more about the three Lots: 

Lot 1: Development and application of trapping methods for detecting insect pests 

Lot 2: Use of eDNA analyses to support early detection and surveillance of pests 

Lot 3: Application of remote sensing technologies to identify target populations of host plants and support pest detection

Participants: The webinar is intended for all interested stakeholders with expertise in the areas of environmental monitoring, pest trapping, molecular diagnostics, remote sensing, imagery technologies and related scientific fields.
