FFG Seminar: Applying AI Tools in the Horizon Europe Proposal Process

AI is rapidly transforming the way research proposals are developed, written, and evaluated. 

FFG Organizes a workshop to explore how AI tools can be effectively applied throughout the Horizon Europe proposal process and how AI can support - but not replace - human expertise in developing competitive proposals.

Participants will not only gain insights from multiple perspectives, including the European Commission’s view on current rules and future directions, but also practical experiences from applicants and grant offices. A keynote lecture on “Next Level Grant Writing Using AI Assistants” will showcase how AI can enhance literature exploration, proposal structuring, collaborative workflows and more.

This online workshop will take place on December 15, 2025, 10 am to 1 pm.
