Aalto University International Staff Week is targeted for the staff of Aalto partner universities working in different service units at school, department or university level.
This year the target group is especially colleagues working in the fields of  HR, Communications, Student Services and Entrepreneurship related activities.

The aim is to enhance professional development by sharing and benchmarking best practices in workshops and possible individual meetings enable networking and strengthening partnerships and to offer possibilities to get to know Aalto University

Where
Aalto University Campuses in the cities of Helsinki (Töölö) and Espoo (Otaniemi).

Programme
The progamme includes sessions, workshops and roundtables based on the participants' interests. The themes on offer are HR, Communications, Student Services and Entrepreneurship related activities.

If you wish to propose and facilitate a workshop for the Wednesday, please indicate this on the application form, giving the title and a short a description of the workshop.

Monday 16 June:  Kick off and General Aalto Day starting at 9.00 (Otaniemi campus)
Tuesday 17 June: Thematic Day (Töölö/Otaniemi campus)
Wednesday 18 June: Workshop and Interactive Day (Töölö/Otaniemi Campus)

Costs
Participation in the scheduled programme is free of charge. Please note that all participants are responsible for covering their own accommodation and travel costs and some meals during the week.

Erasmus funding for participating in this program is available through BOKU. Please contact katrin.hasenhuendl(at)boku.ac.at  for further information on funding.

The deadline for applications is Friday 21 March 2014. We will select participants and inform everyone of the outcome on Tuesday 25 March.

The group size is limited and participant selection is made based on interest, background and home institution.
