The Seminar is organised in cooperation between Erasmus Mundus Action 2 projects Aurora I, II and Triple I with the support of European Commission and it consists of three sessions with top speakers from the European Union's Delegation in Russia, Ministry of Education and Research of the Russian Federation, Joint Managing Authority of Kolarctic ENPI CBC Programme 2007-2013 in Rovaniemi, participating EU Universities and Russian Universities:

  • Modernisation of Higher Education
  • Networking in the European North
  • EU Programmes: Experience and Prospects


Participation in the Seminar is free of charge. Travel and accommodation expenses are to be covered by the participants.
