The Food Law Winter School is the only such Summer- or Winterschool in the field of Food Law.  Food Law is a small discipline in the field of Law, and is rarely taught at Law or Food faculties in Europe. The Winter School thus is an excellent opportunity for Law and Food Science students to get to know a bit of this field.

The Winter School is mainly targeted to students in Law, but also open for food science students to enhance interdisciplinary activities and discussions. The target group is students on Bachelor/undergraduate level, but some places are reserved for MSc and PhD students.
The Global Food Winter School is targeted at Food Science students at BSc level, who are interested in a position in the global food market and have an international mindset. The programme includes a sustainability workshop by Unilever and a visit to the largest chocolate factory in the world.
Language is English throughout the week.
