This annual event was initiated in 1994 by Mie University along with Chiang Mai University, Thailand and Jiangsu University, China. This scientific forum aims to give opportunity for university students and researchers to experience and work together with their peers from other countries.

2 (two) participants (students and/ or officials) from BOKU are invited with a conference fee of USD 500 per person. The conference fee covers domestic transportation, meals, parties, and accommodation during the event.
