The AU Staff Training Week 2018 will take place from 1 to 4 October 2018. This year's theme will be: "Mobility, Motivation and Employability - how to enhance the international student experience before, during and after the mobility".

The AU Staff Training Week is an opportunity to discuss how to motivate students to go abroad and what measures to take to prevent them from cancelling their exchange, e.g. by using behavioural design. How students can use the skills and competences they have gained during their exchange to boost their employability, how to extend a warm welcome to new incoming exchange students will also be addressed. Places: 30-35 participants.
