focused countries: Slovenia, Serbia, Greece, Bulgaria and Czech Republic

The Institute of Waste Management of the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences is part of the project “Roadmap for used beverage cans”. The project deals with the question, where beverage cans waste ends up. The project focuses on the countries Slovenia, Serbia, Greece, Bulgaria and Czech Republic. Statistics from the countries show that there are many cans getting lost between purchase and disposal in regular bins.

As it is rather difficult to find information on how the population deals with cans, the institute is looking for students coming from these countries and have family and/or friends in one or more of the concerning countries and are interested in gathering information about the handling of cans.
