Stornokosten von Erasmus+ Mobilitäten:

Für Erasmus+ Teaching Mobilitäten und Erasmus+ Staff Training Mobilitäten kann für Kosten, welche von keiner anderen Stelle übernommen werden, bei der Nationalagentur eine Anfrage auf Rückerstattung eingereicht werden. Falls Sie dies tun möchten, wenden Sie sich bitte an BOKU-International Relations/Gudrun Reisinger, da wir Anfragen institutionsintern sammeln und einreichen werden.

Achtung: Die alleinige Einreichung einer Anfrage stellt noch keine Kostengenehmigung dar.

Cancellation costs for Erasmus+ mobilities:

Cancellation costs for Erasmus+ teaching and staff training mobilities which cannot be refunded by any other unit/project, can be requested at the Austrian National Agency (OeAD). If you would like to apply for such a refunding, please contact BOKU-International Relations/Gudrun Reisinger. All requests will be collected first and then submitted by institution at OeAD.

Please note: all applications have to be approved by OeAD and will not be automatically refunded.
