Survey - University of Padova

BOKU’s partner university, the University of Padua has launched a survey to investigate the social, economic, and psychological effects of the pandemic - using an adapted version of the COVID-19 Phobia Scale (C19P-S) developed by Arpaci et al., 2020 - on tourists' behaviour with respect to travels to wine regions. The survey also explores the attractiveness of the emerging phenomena of virtual oenogastronomic experiences. The target group is therefore people interested in travel and food and wine living in EU countries.
