International Symposium on Tropical and Sub-Tropical Ornamentals

The economic importance of tropical and sub-tropical flowers and ornamentals has rapidly expanded. Floriculture is one of fastest growing agricultural sector with an annual growth rate of 9 percent with cut flowers represent the largest segment of the industry, followed by flowering pot plants, tree and nursery crops, flower bulbs, and other propagation material.

The IPB International Convention Center and IBP University (Bogor Agricultural University) are organizing the 2nd international symposium.
