Call for students’ applications

NORISK is a very broad course on the topic of risk analysis and management of civil infrastructures in the sense that several of the concepts and tools provided will range from materials, analysis, monitoring, digitalization and sustainability. It is completely in line with the main lines of European Union, as well as with the needs of many of the involved stakeholders. BOKU University is one of the associated partners within this programme that is organized jointly by University of Minho, La Rochelle Université, Universitat Politécnica de Catalunya and Università di Padova.

This will be the second edition of the NORISK programme, which will be offered as an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master (EMJM) Course, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union. The NORISK Master Course will commence on 1 October 2025 and will conclude at the end of September every academic year.

The Consortium would like to emphasize that EU scholarships are only available during the first call, so all applicants are encouraged seeking funding to submit their applications within this period. Most Consortium Scholarships will also be available during the first call.

First Call Key Dates:

  1. Application deadline: 15 January 2025, by 23:59 (UTC - Coordinated Universal Time).
  2. Notification of the top-ranked preselected students for the interview: 15 February 2025.
  3. Interviews: From 17-21 February 2025.
  4. Admission notification: By 28 February 2025.
