Erasmus+ Staff Training, Germany
Fostering strong regional partnerships and global networks is crucial for advancing institutional objectives while adapting to the needs of diverse partners. This program will delve into effective strategies for building, managing, and sustaining impactful partnerships within and across regions with a focus on instruments used by Freie Universität Berlin (liaison offices, strategic partnerships, European university alliances…) and their impact.
Through a series of discussions and collaborative exercises with inputs from all participating institutions, participants will explore best practices for navigating the challenges of multi-stakeholder engagement, balancing regional and international priorities, and exploring cost-effective programming. Sessions will cover techniques in partnership alignment, internal stakeholder management, and the exchange of innovative solutions to common challenges within networks.
