A Citizen Science Approach to Transform Aquatic Ecosystem Management in Armenia

The project "A Citizen Science Approach to Transform Aquatic Ecosystem Management in Armenia" aims at empowering local communities. By involving citizens in scientific data collection and environmental monitoring, the project aims to improve the sustainability of water resources and the health of aquatic environments. In its first year, significant progress has been made in raising awareness and building capacity among local stakeholders. This collaborative approach helps foster a greater understanding of the challenges and solutions related to aquatic ecosystem management.
