Security training for studying and field research abroad - raising awareness for critical and emergency situations

from 28 April 2025 at BOKU, Türkenschanze | Expression of interest by 20 April 2025

This course shall help you preparing your field research, field trip or any other stay in a foreign country. We will give an introduction to hazards, safety, security and health issues that might affect the successful progress of our project while travelling, doing research or studying abroad.

Registration for this course ‘Security training for studying and field research abroad - raising awareness for critical and emergency situations (in Eng.)’ is for students open now. BOKU staff members can express their interest in this course by e-mail by 20 April 2025 at the latest. We will inform you know after the official course registration deadline whether we can accept you on the course (BOKU students have priority).

Course dates: 28, 29 April and 6, 7, 13, 14 May 2025, 6-8pm at TÜWI building, Türkenschanze
