Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programmes @ BOKU University

Sie planen eine Summer/Winter School oder ein internationales Programm für Studierende oder Mitarbeitende zusammen mit mind. 2 anderen Hochschulen von Erasmus+ Programmländern an der BOKU zu organisieren?

Dann kann ein Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) eine gute Möglichkeit sein, um einen Organistationskostenzuschuss (OS-Mittel) im Rahmen von Erasmus+ zu beantragen. Dieser beträgt pro mobiler Person € 400,- und für 20 oder mehr mobile Personen max. € 8000,-. Die Mindestanzahl sind 10 mobile Personen, die an die BOKU kommen. Besteht das Programm aus einem physischen Teil an der BOKU und einem virtuellen Teil (z.B. preparatory online meetings) und wird es in einem Zusammenschluss aus mindestens 3 Hochschulen aus 3 verschiedenen Erasmus+ Programmländern durchgeführt, erfüllt es die Voraussetzungen für eine Förderung.

Durch BIPs sollen die Nutzung innovativer Lern- und Lehrmethoden gefördert und die Möglichkeiten der Online-Kooperation genutzt werden. In transnationalen und interdisziplinären Teams können aktuelle gesellschaftliche Herausforderungen bearbeitet werden.

Studierende aller Studienniveaus und Personal aus Programmländern können an einem BIP teilnehmen und von ihrer jeweiligen entsendenden Hochschule eine Erasmus+ Förderung für die physische Mobilität erhalten.

Aktuell können Organisationskostenzuschüsse für 2-3 BIP-Programme, die bis spätestens Juli 2026 an der BOKU University physisch stattfinden, vergeben werden. Then an Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) can be a good opportunity to apply for an organizational support (OS funds) within the framework of Erasmus+. The amount is € 400,- per mobile person and a maximum of € 8000,- for 20 or more mobile persons. The minimum number of mobile persons coming to BOKU is 10. If the programme consists of a physical part at BOKU and a virtual part (e.g. preparatory online meetings) and is additionally carried out in a consortium of at least 3 universities from 3 different Erasmus+ programme countries, it meets the requirements for funding.

BIPs are intended to promote the use of innovative learning and teaching methods and utilize the possibilities of online cooperation. Current social challenges can be addressed in transnational and interdisciplinary teams.

Students of all study levels and staff from programme countries can participate in a BIP and may receive Erasmus+ funding for physical mobility from their respective sending university.
