Regional Erasmus+ Cluster Meeting and Contact-Making Seminar 2025

The Cluster Meeting will provide a forum for Erasmus+ project beneficiaries, applicants and stakeholders to share knowledge and exchange experiences. In addition, the Contact-Making Seminar will enable online and in-person networking among experienced and newcomer organisations interested in project cooperation, coming from the different countries in the regions, the European Union, and other countries associated to the Erasmus+ Programme. 

This year’s event has a thematic focus of the role of education in the Green Transition, aligned with the European Green Deal and its strategies for greener economies, as well as the Global Gateway strategy. The event will showcase how different types of Erasmus+ actions can contribute to developing the green competences and skills needed to tackle global sustainability challenges. Synergies between projects, institutions, and political bodies will be presented and discussed in order to obtain a broader perspective on this crucial topic.  

The closing date for registrations to attend the Cluster Meeting and Contact-Making Seminar in situ in Colombo is Friday 17 October 2025. Registrations to follow the sessions online will be open until Tuesday 11 November 2025. Please note that the number of participants who can attend in situ is limited and your registration will be subject to an approval by the organisers.
