How can research and evidence help us design a more effective, inclusive and impactful Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps? What challenges lie ahead in the context of planning the next programme period for Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps?

The 9th edition of the international conference “Evidence-based approach in Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps” will take place on 25-26 November 2025 in Warsaw, Poland. This year’s edition, held under the theme “Towards Evidence-Based Future of Erasmus+”, comes at a pivotal moment as the European Commission is preparing the next programming period for Erasmus+ (2028–2034). The event will bring together researchers, educators, policy makers and civil society representatives to explore how evidence and research can guide the future development of the Programme.

Participation in this event, which takes place within the framework of Erasmus+ Training and Cooperation Activities (TCA), is subsidised by the European Union. All costs incurred on site (accommodation, meals, seminar fees) are generally covered by the organiser. Travel expenses can be reimbursed retrospectively by the OeAD upon presentation of the relevant receipts.
