Erasmus+ Staff Week, Belgium

The edition of the staff week will take place from Tuesday 27 October to Friday 30 October 2026. During these 4 days participants will explore 'The role of international educators & advisors in a rapidly changing world'. How are global shifts - from the rise of generative AI to the growing importance of intercultural competencies -  reshaping our work?  Join for interactive sessions, discussions, and workshops exploring this central topic.

The KU Leuven staff week is based in the city of Leuven, but includes a visit to Brussel and a full-day trip to either Antwerp or Ghent. This allows visitors to explore different campuses and neighboring cities. Enjoy a special visit to the European parliament for a keynote on the future of European higher education.
