Erasmus+ Staff Week, Poland
The University of Gdańsk (Poland) invites international coordinators, deans, academic and administrative staff to the International Staff Week with the following theme: "Strategic Recruitment and Partnership Building with Africa in the Era of Global Competition for Talent". Instead of general talk about cultural exchange, the Staff Week offers concrete, practical tools: how to recruit talented students from Africa effectively, how to simplify visa and administrative procedures for third-country nationals, and how to build joint and double degree programmes financed from external grants.
Workshops:
- Educational marketing in Africa – reaching the best students (education fairs, digital marketing)
- Administration without barriers – simplified admission procedures and integration support for students from the Global South.
- Grants and funding – how to obtain funds for cooperation with African universities.
- Round table – building joint degree programmes with African partners.
