Inhaltliche Voraussetzungen (erwartete Kenntnisse)

Basic knowledge of biochemistry and spectroscopy. The lecture is recommended for advanced master study students and PhD students
.

Lehrziel

The students will have obtained a basic knowledge in structural biology. In particular, they should be able to assess the quality of published protein structural data and models and get hands-on experience in using 3-D models from the protein database
.
