Lecture: Introduction to the basics of Lean Construction Management. Knowledge is imparted on the following contents:
- Historical development and introduction to the basics of Lean Construction Management
- Tools and methods
- Lean Thinking
- Simulation exercise

Exercise: The application of selected methods to a sample project to deepen the knowledge gained in the lecture.
- Last Planner System (LPS ®)
- Cycle planning and control

Lehrziel

After positive completion of the course, the participants have the knowledge of the theoretical basics of Lean Construction Management and are able to explain the application and mode of action.
Furthermore, participants are able to apply methods from Lean Construction Management in construction-specific projects.
