The students meet regularly to present their projects and new data obtained within their theses in a doctoral student’s seminar. In addition to the supervisors, at least two other PIs and/or associated faculty members will attend the seminar. Therefore, this seminar will also provide a platform to discuss methodological problems within a larger group. Successful participation of a doctoral seminar includes permanent attendance and one presentation of the thesis per semester. The doctoral seminar will be held each semester and the students are committed to participate each semester. All BioToP students have to pass the doctoral seminars I, II, III, IV (a’ 1 ECTS).
