his course will introduce the students to key discourses in order to provide the basis for a theoretical understanding of urbanism, as well as to a beginning set of tools important to the practice of urbanism. Particular emphasis is given to the relationship between urbanism and landscape.

This is the last semester that this course will be offered, due to changes in the new curriculum.
